Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The room was nicely laid out with a little terrace, which was a nice touch, but I did find it a bit on the small side for my taste. The location is fantastic, surrounded by trendy cafes and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. However, I wish the dining options were more varied, as breakfast was a bit limited in choices.
I had a decent stay overall, but there were definitely some ups and downs. The rooms offered a nice small balcony overlooking the vibrant Italia street, which I loved, but they felt a tad cramped for the price I paid. The location was a major highlight with a ton of cafes and restaurants nearby, plus the area felt quite affluent. However, I was disappointed that my room wasn’t serviced during the day, leaving bins unemptied. It’s a charming spot, but there’s room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed having a small balcony overlooking the vibrant streets of Barrio Italia. The staff were genuinely amazing and went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. However, the dining experience, while still good, didn't quite exceed my expectations. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, particularly in such a trendy area.
I had a great stay at this hotel, which featured stylish and quiet rooms with lovely balconies that added a nice touch. The location in Barrio Italia is fantastic for exploring cafes and restaurants. The service was very friendly and went out of their way to make our honeymoon special, though there were moments when they seemed a bit overwhelmed. Overall, it's a wonderful spot, but a few areas could use some improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a stylish room that had a beautiful balcony overlooking the lively Italia street. The service was truly exceptional, as the staff made our honeymoon extra special with a room upgrade. The location is fantastic, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, making it easy to explore Santiago. However, the rooms could use a bit more space to easily store luggage.
